Dr Nicole Graham researches and teaches property law and jurisprudence at the Faculty of Law, UTS. Her research explores the relationship between property and the environment in law, culture and land use practices. Nicole is interested in the use of property rights and science in environmental planning policy and natural resource management. Nicole is a member of Legal Geography Chapter of the Institute of Australian Geographers, and of the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN).
