Melanie is Director of Community Indicators Victoria (CIV), which provides a community wellbeing indicator framework with local-level data. Her research interests focus on community and individual wellbeing with specific expertise in the development and use of community wellbeing indicators as a measurement tool for policy development, evaluation and community engagement.
